The M3U playlist does not load in Megacubo
When the playlist is accepted and no channel appears, in most cases the problem is the playlist, not the application. The application sends the provider the same request your browser would; so the first test is seeing, in the browser, what the address returns. Below are the four causes in order of frequency and what to do with each one.
What is usually happening
- The playlist does not even show on the home screen — the address was saved, but reading it returned no channel at all
- The playlist shows with zero channels — the address answered, but with content that is not an M3U playlist
- The playlist loads and some channels do not open — the problem is that channel, not the whole playlist
- It worked yesterday and not today — almost always content: the provider changed something on their side
The likely causes
- A wrong, expired or single-device address — trial links are often valid for a few hours, and some are tied to one IP address
- The provider limits simultaneous connections — the playlist works on one device and fails on the second
- The file is not a valid playlist — the
#EXTM3Uline is missing, or the file is not in UTF-8 - The playlist is out of date — the address is still the same, but the content changed and the application still shows the old one
How to fix it
- Open the playlist address in the browser — a text starting with
#EXTM3Uhas to appear. If an error page, a login or a file that is not M3U appears instead, the problem is the address. - Reload the playlist in the application — in My Lists, press and hold the playlist and choose reload. That fetches the current content from the same address.
- Check the connection limit — close the application on other devices and test again. If it works with a single device, the cause is at the provider.
- Try an alternative transmission — with the channel open, use the circular-arrows icon: the application looks for another transmission of the same channel.
- Add the playlist again — if you edited the address outside the application, remove the old playlist and add the new one instead of editing over it.

How to know it worked
The playlist is healthy when three things happen together: the channel count appears next to it in My Lists, the channels show up in the application's search, and at least one channel from each group opens and keeps playing for a few minutes. If the count appears but nothing opens, the path is the other support page — the channel stutters or keeps loading.
If the count does not appear even after reloading, the address is not delivering a playlist: go back to step 1 and check it in the browser. Adding a playlist for the first time is covered in how to add an M3U playlist.
Frequently asked questions
The playlist was accepted, but no channel appears. Why?
In most cases the address that was saved does not return a valid playlist: an expired address, an error page from the provider or a file that does not start with #EXTM3U. The quickest test is opening the address in the device's own browser — whatever appears there is what the application receives.
It used to work and stopped. What changed?
Probably nothing on your side: playlists change address, channels leave the air and providers limit simultaneous connections. Reloading the playlist in the My Lists menu fetches the current content from the same address; if it works again after that, the cause was the playlist's content.
Can sharing the playlist get in the way of access?
It can, and it is a known practical consequence: playlists that do not allow simultaneous connections can have their access restricted when several people use them at the same time. If the problem started after you accepted sharing, it is worth turning it off and testing again.
